NovaFFL is the Northern Virginia, Maryland, DC Metro Area’s elite flag football league. The group is comprised of mostly 20-30 somethings located in the VA/DC/MD metro area who get together and play flag football each and every Saturday, regardless of the weather.

NovaFFL strives to offer the highest level of competition and give you the most ‘bang for your buck’ by including the area’s elite players and keeping the total cost to a minimum (lowest league/team dues in the area).
