My name is mike, I'm not necessarily a "good" photographer, but I enjoy it; and lately I've been doing more of it.
I like medium format cameras with waist level finders. I also use old rangefinders, and occasionally a Minolta manual focus SLR. The sort of gear that excites the typical Flickr user does nothing for me, I like the weird old stuff. Every current pro DSLR is big, ugly and confusing; every current compact DSLR is just a piece of disposable plastic garbage (except a couple of models from Pentax, Olympus and Panasonic, but I can't afford one, so fuck 'em).
