The nick name of "Cowboy Bill" was tagged on me after developing a friendship with "Ramblin Ray Stevens" from country station US 99.5 in Chicago. I have shared several good times with Ray and his family at NFR. In the near future, my wife and I expect to make North Forest Ranch our permanent residence rather than our vacation home.
