He's an educator willing to tell you how it is, and that's the most important aspect I personally value about him. And, as well--very rarely am I inspired enough to write a testimonial for someone's work/stream. In Noel's case--it is different. He added me as a contact and I thought to take a look at his work before adding him as well. I found myself sifting though his work through its entirety. I am completely impressed with Noel's work.
