"nicolas is an excellent photographer! he's a perfectionist, always caring about light, exposure and other important stuff but at the same time he doesn't forget the human aspect of photography. when shooting a portrait he'll know how to make the person in front of the camera feel as comfortable as if there wasn't a camera at all. and then again, watch out for the stuff he cooks!
