New to the world of DSLR photography since buying my Canon EOS 1000D. I love it, it's the idiot proof DSLR. I have had various other point and shoot digital cameras. The ones I still own: Sony Mavica MVC-FD83 (1MP) my very first digital pleasure, now useless since its media is floppies although when I first bought it, it was great for the website I was creating. Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-S600 (6MP) still in use although in the hands of my 5yr old Daughter. Fujifilm Finepix S5800 (8MP) Still in use for macro photos but could never get to grips with shooting indoors always came out in a blur, apart from that it has taken some amazing pictures outdoors. Hope you like my collection, I'm still learning so tips or comments wouldn't go a miss. Cheers Mark.
