I've been based in Boston, MA for the last ten years and I lived in Amsterdam before that (I grew up in Britain and trained as an archaeologist and anthropologist there). My photos tend to be landscapes or pictures of archaeological sites / old buildings and stretch over quite a few years of film and digital photography. I make a conscious effort to try and make archaeological sites photographically interesting, with variable results.

Mostly I use Nikon film and digital cameras, but I admit (strictly between us) to owning a small Canon too. I never use a tripod and I'm far too impatient for macro photography - so you'll never see an insect in my photostream unless it's a very, VERY large one.
