I am an edito at Dmoz, a contributing author at CorporateWebsite.com and author of the HR Search Marketing Blog that regularly covers SEO and marketing issues as they relate to the recruiting space.

I have spoken at search industry events including Search Engine Strategies and John Sumser's recruiting roadshow. I regularly lead search related webinars and am one of the founders of Minnesota Recruiters, an informal free event for recruiting, staffing and HR professionals.

My favorite aspect of search marketing is formulating strategy, leading execution and of course the people and energy around the industry.
