In case you read this, and in case you got here through a Google/Yahoo/Bing search, you may have found out that there are hundreds—if not thousands—of Nicolas Mertenses out there. This one is exclusively related to photography and philosophy. Any other that you may find in Facebook, My Space, linkedin, and so on, is not me :-) and any comments or opinions that you may read over there are not mine :-))

Photos that have some geographical significance are geotagged. If you want, you can see the whole collection of geotagged images in loc.alize.

Alternatively, you can see the collection in the Flickr/Yahoo maps. Just click Map when you are on any thumbnails page.

If you want to see the geo-location of only one image, go to that image's page and click map in the "Additional Information" section of the page. Sometimes, I have added in the photo's description section a link to see the photo in loc.alize.us as well.
