Hi,
I'm Nick from Cheshire in the UK. Currently I'm 18 so I haven't been into photography for that long. I've been away from Flickr for over a year but now I hope very much to have returned for good.
I got my first digital camera (Olympus C310-Z) in 2004 and that's when I discovered I loved photography. I took several thousand photos with that until 2007 when I upgraded to an Olympus SP500-UZ Super-Zoom camera; that was brilliant especially because of the epic zoom. I quickly felt the limitations of the Olympus and earlier this year (2009) I got my first DSLR in the shape of a Nikon D60. The Nikon is brilliant and does feel truly limitless in it's possibilities. As well as the digital, I also attempt film photography using a Zenit-E and an Olympus OM-2.
Elsewhere in my life, I have just finished my A-Levels and I will soon be heading off to Cambridge University to read Geography.
