About Our Restaurant

Our chef and owner Shane prefers a tasting menu style of eating which helps create a shared dining experience. Nib is 100% family owned and operated. You could call Shane's family old-world in the way they live and run their restaurant. Shane, his wife Tiffany, and their daughter Fiona live above in a small apartment while they operate the business below. They buy their produce and meat from local farmers. Shane believes that the farmer/chef relationship is extremely valuable and important to sustaining a true local economy. Nib makes everything from scratch with the utmost attention to detail, including its sorbets and ice creams.
