ABOUT THE NHH SYMPOSIUM
On the western coast of Norway, cradled between seven towering mountains and the Norwegian Sea, lies Bergen. Some time has passed since the city was a Hanseatic centre of trade, but every second year, Bergen is once again a meeting ground beyond the extraordinary.

The biannual NHH Symposium holds strong tradition as the greatest conference run by students in northern Europe, and throughout the years we have become an arena for learning, enthusiasm and innovative thinking. Ever since the first Symposium in 1983, decision makers have gathered here, both as participants and speakers.

The 2009 conference will be the 14th Symposium, and will be held on the 11th and 12th of March 2009. This is the greatest gathering for the up-and-coming Norwegian leaders and managers. Our primaries are those who will be in leading positions in Norwegian business life, politics and the academic environment.

It is all about leadership. Our participants have the ability and power to bring their organization, and themselves, to the next level. The NHH Symposium recognizes the importance of gathering speakers who can inspire these participants, and add the special touch to our conference.

We would like to give you the experience of a different conference in a reverberating student environment. In addition, we can offer you an experience of Norway if you would be interested in exploring what the country has to offer.
