Dr. Marlene is the founder and Executive Director of the CenterforOnlineCounseling has had a broad range of experience as a cutting edge researcher, popular author and energizing speaker.

She's been at the forefront of ethics in health care technology since 1994! She founded and has since developed the largest of her websites online, called SelfhelpMagazine and located at selfhelpmagazine.com.

She's written dozens of telehealth articles and book chapters, and been lead author on three online counseling and Internet-related books, two of them being professional/academic telehealth books in telemental health care.

She wrote and lectured extensively over a decade ago that video is where the action's going to be, for various psychological reasons, and voila, it's happening!
