On September 18, 2008 I was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis(TM), a rare and debilitating neurological disorder that evolved...reshaping me into an autoimmune-neurological soup: TM, Encephalitis, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome-Stage IV (CRPS aka RSD), Osteoperosis, and more.

I am more than dates and diagnoses, and I'm trying to figure out who that person is now.

These documentary photos and art work chronicle my, or anyone's Neuro Detour: days & nights navigating the world with a different body, an altered mind, & the realizations that come from being sick.
