Hello I'm Jeanette. Just doing a few cakes at home at the moment for friends + family etc. Kitchen a bit too small to branch out and make a living from it at the mo. Used to work at the local bakery for 5 years and definitely miss the convienience of having a rolling maching for the icing and all the cake decorating kit you could need! The next gadget on my cake wish list is an air brush and some textured rolling pins I think. I live in Cheshire with my boyfriend Simon and Dave the black Lab :o)
