I enjoy photography only as a way of saving memories of places I've been or recapturing the past (if possible). I like shooting photos of old, fading ghost signs, red barns, and of course, the peregrine falcons that I tend to at work. All have become almost an obsession. Or anything that just "catches my eye."

I must say, there is quite a bit of talent on this site, and am amazed daily at the content and quality of photography and subjects in said photos. I have met several flickrers only by email and think it would be great if we could all meet somewhere with our cameras and get a bite to eat.
