I am the Beverages &; Cooking with Spirits Forum Host at Recipe Zaar (www.recipezaar.com) and just love it! I graduated from UNCA with a BFA in photography and a MFA from Western.

My art photography is very different from my food and beverage shots. I am known for photographing mostly woman out on the town in non posed settings. My black and white images are all printed on 20 X 24 paper in the darkroom. I love them big!

I was in an accident a couple years ago that I have finally recuperated from. During that time, I started photographing food and cooking since those things could be done inside and without much standing.

I love cooking and trying new and different foods from all parts of the world. I love cooking with spirits and experimenting with new drinks and making liqueurs.

I am most known for cooking with all kinds of wine and liquor. I am always on the hunt for the perfect blend of flavors.... the dish whose first bite makes you put your fork down and relish the mouthful.
