The National Conference for Community and Justice of Greater New York (NCCJ) was established in 1984 to provide diversity and inclusion programs and services in the five boroughs, Long Island, and Westchester County.
In 2005, NCCJ branched off from the National Office of NCCJ to become an independent 501c3. This new organizational structure allows NCCJ to devote 100% of its contributions to programs that are conducted in Greater New York area.
The scope of NCCJ's work includes school based and city-wide initiatives that explore and educate participants on the dynamics of oppression, intergroup relations, cross-cultural communications, conflict management and resolution, facilitator training, outcome-driven dialogue, staff development and interfaith relations.
