The National Boricua Human Rights network is an organization comprised of Puerto Ricans, Latinos and allies in the US that carry out educational work around three human rights concerns:
1) US Navy clean up Vieques, Puerto Rico
2) Freedom for Carlos Alberto Torres and Oscar López Rivera, Puerto Rican Political Prisoners
3) Defense of Civil Liberties and against Repression
