Natalie has a degree in Early Childhood Education in addition to a Certification in Holistic Health from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Columbia University.

She has been teaching children and adults in many capacities for over five years. Currently, she is working one-on-one with individuals in her Health Counseling Practice. And she gives lectures on current health topics via her website as well as around Phoenix.

Natalie’s passion is to help bring families together & gain the wisdom they need to see themselves as their own authority on what to eat - instead of pharmacists, fad diets, the government, or the fickle modern nutrition scientists.
