 Alright, this welcome throws me back a little but I'll try my best nonetheless...
  
  I have to rewrite my testimonial as I simply hate when it shows up without my icon just because my account got deleted in another stupid battle. One of those that has Nate always by my side - upright, outspoken and loyal and that's all that counts. Having his back is a very comforting feeling.

 Having him on the other side is something I wouldn't recommend anyone, believe me, I tried it.
  
  As for his pictures... I love them! His graphic novels are excellent both in their stories and in the craftsmanship. Great processing, and an awesome choice of poses and light settings. 

And his vanity shots are highly droolable. I can say that, I'm man enough to admit it!"

  "I am biased about Nate but leaving all the RL stuff aside and focussing on the person running a flickr stream, there's still enough to say to fill three testimonials in epic length.
  
  He's a member of the 'flickr class of 07' - the good old times when all streams were public, when there were no glittery awards needed to express your appreciation and respect for someone's work, when people only faved and commented because they liked your pictures and not to gain favs and comments in return to boost your ego.
  
  Nate found his own style pretty early whether it was pinup pictures, graphic novels or pure vanity shots. He is one of those who actually think about a picture to be made, he puts it together in his imagination, thoroughly chooses poses and light settings and then builds a set or travels the grid to find the perfect environment. Yes, he is very German in his creativity and that's meant as a big compliment.
  
  And whenever new flickr drama unfolds, he is one of the soldiers by my side. He is the one you don't see, the stealthy ninja in the background, the rock in high water.
  
  Wars come and go but my soldiers stay eternal.
