Hi, my name is naomi and I heart plants. One of my favorite hobbies is taking plant (and cat) photos. I like sunny days and restfull nights. In my spare time I enjoy climbing mountains and baking cookies. If I could, I would do them simultaneously.
I am a Conservation Botanist, at Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden where I am also a PhD candidate. I returned to graduate school after a two year long break. I previously studied the flora of a little place called Owens Peak in the southern Sierra. I now study a lineage in the genus Mimulus.
