Hi there!

2009 was a defining year for me. My One Moment in Time which determined the course of my destiny as I made it my goal to lose weight so that I can get off my high blood pressure medication.

As I already had a food blog, it became a place for me to blog about the foods that I prepared although there was a bit of a slow period in between.

I'm now more than determined to get the blog back on track but more on how I lost weight and what I did to do so. That includes coping with the emotional challenges that came my way.
