On October 5, 2008, I rode with MS Great 8 in the 2008 Bike MS NYC ride through the tunnels and streets of New York City! The city that is so big you have to write it twice on an envelope! This was my third MS Ride in 2008!

I rode the 30 MILE loop around Manhattan on October 5 just so I could cycle through the streets and tunnels of New York City! The ride was an absolue blast. I knew there would be a few hills but nothing that was too big of a challenge! And nothing compared to the struggles that those living with MS face every day! That’s not the important thing. I rode Bike MS NYC to raise money for MS Research in New York City. All the money raised went directly to to the New York Chapter of the MS Society. As I rode, I imagined a world without MS. I rode with my friend Michele Crosby in Brooklyn NY in my heart and in my thoughts! Together, we'll make a difference and end MS one ride at a time.

Of course, I was whining and struggling! After all, it was pouring with rain! However, I know Michele’s struggle is everyday and she doesn’t whine at all!

I am blessed to have a friend like Michele who inspires me to ride.
I had the easy part. All I had to do was keep it rolling!
