I like both baking and cooking, but baking remains my #1 passion (I just can't stand touching raw meat - major fear). One of my biggest dreams would be to study patisserie and open a bakery/patisserie in Perth. Right now, my family and colleagues are my guinea pigs to perfection. Hopefully, one day, you'll be able to taste my baked goods too!
