The lake is a highly specialized market and when you are ready to sell or buy on the lake you will want an experienced agent familiar with the different aspects of the lake. Greenwood Lake covers three counties, Greenwood, Laurens and Newberry. Each area has it's own personalities, topography, and water depth. Although it is located in three different counties Greenwood Lake Management is responsible for all of the lake regardless of the county.
