Hi call myself the muscle-geek because I'm a guy who loves and make his living off of bodybuilding,weight training,and dieting activities but I also have a deep love of my Sci fi,superhero stuff,video games, fantasy books,and whatever high technology I can get my hands on. I am a Christian who knows what I believe and why I believe it. I think that and hope I'm a pretty easy guy to get along with...well at least when I'm not dieting for competition.
