I have another account here, but the reason I have this account is because I feel the need to curate my work better and also because I couldn't change my Flickr link. Sorry for the inconvenience!

A forensic/med major in her twenties who speaks Kittenese and enjoys photography in her spare time. As a friend so aptly puts it - I'm a scientist by day, visual artist by night.

My dad had an old Canon SLR which I was only allowed to look at, displayed in the family glass cabinet. My first camera was a manual unknown when I was 10. Then I was given an automatic Olympus when I was 13. Years later, I bought my first digital camera, also an Olympus when I was 21. Now I've graduated to my own DSLR - a Canon, my baby. I have to thank my bestie for introducing me to the joys of online photosharing, starting with TextAmerica (now defunct). Today, I'm here. There was a point in my life where I used to work in front of the camera. Then I discovered that there's more joy and magic working behind the camera than being in front.

My work reflects who I am, my personality, my own perception. I'm visceral. I shoot what I like. I shoot what I see. I shoot what I feel.

Please don't steal any shots from me. These are all my original work, both good and bad. Stealing makes me sad. If you'd like to use any of my shots, email me and ask me first. It is that simple.
