Profile 3.0 (2/11/09).
Reall, I'm just a guy taking pictures. I'm a Canadian living in Seattle - I've been here since September 2008, and had been living in San Francisco since 2001. I began shooting in 2007 after purchasing a Nikon D40 and opted to begin shooting large format (4x5 film) in 2008. Now in 2009 I've added a Nikon D90 to my arsenal - not that this is all tremendously important, but people tend to be curious. Here's a rough overview of what's in my 'kit' these days:

I really enjoy posting in the Flickr community for its inspiration, feedback, and just for being a great place to share images and other updates with friends and family. "Mumbley only got his digital SLR a few months ago, but you wouldn't know it by looking at his photos. He's got the eye and the patience, and he's been careful not to fall in the mold of the San Francisco photography that we're all used to. His night photography skills are amazing, and he loves to play with panoramas. He's the first resource I'd go to with a technical question. I always get a thrill from his photos, whether he's out and about in one city or another or setting up a tripod near the ocean.
