Formed in 2008, the Manitoba Urban Inuit Association (MUIA) is an organization that serves the Inuit community of Manitoba through social outreach that promotes and enhances the quality of life through programs and services to help orient Inuit to the southern culture and environment. MUIA offers a supportive environment that attempts to duplicate the community spirit and cultural surrounding of the Inuit homelands.
