My name is Toby and I'm currently living in Switzerland. Since four years I'm an avid photographer and always trying out something new. I began digital with a Nikon D40x and then proceded to a Nikon D300. However after having tried out the analog method of photography with an old Rolleicord, I couldn't resist anymore. I love the way of working with the material - holding a negative against the light and see all it's shades or bathing a sheet of sensitive paper in the developper and observing how the final image appears.

I now found a lucrative job to finance my photographic work..however I do have very little time left for it. But I'm sure there will be a "workaround" .

Current Equipment(from most to least used by me):

- Linhof Master Technika Classic with Schneider-Kreuznach Apo-Symmar 5.6/210 and Rodenstock Apo-Sironar-S 5.6/150
- Sinar Norma 4x5 with Xenar 240mm f/4.5 and Schneider-Kreuznach 90mm f/8
- Mamiya 645 Pro with 80mm f/1.9 and 45mm f/2.8
- Mamiya RB67 with 127mm f/3.8
- Nikon D300 with a bunch of glass
- Rolleicord from 1945
- Nikon F3 with a bunch of glass

In my lab:

- Durst Laborator 1200 with Varipoint head
- Jobo CPA-2 with 25xx, 28xx and 30xx drums
- a LOT of chemistry for nearly everything from B/W, Color and toning
- around 1000 sheets a photographic paper
- In the freezer: 250 sheets of B/W 4x5ich film and 140 sheets of color 4x5inch film

And the cool thing about all that: I got around 80% of all that stuff for FREE:-)
