I live in the in the Greater Portland of Maine. I have been taking photos for a 9+ years now, mostly the normal stuff (vacations, trips, family, etc...)
I stepped it up to a Canon Digital Rebel in early 2005 and have been loving every minute of it. My friends and family say I have an "eye". what kind of eye is yet to be determined.
I have been a member of Portland Camera Club (http://www.portlandcameraclub.org/) since 2006. I hope to further my knowledge and skill set by belonging to this wonderful group of individuals.
