mrpip (the original mrpip)'s photostream

Photography for me is a hobby, which I use as relaxation and a form of 'art therapy'. I can be out shooting hundreds of images, and at the end of the day only be happy with a couple (or sometimes only one) ~~ but at least I got some good exercise, and visited and re-visited areas of the city and beyond. Some of these haunts I hadn't been to in many years.
I really enjoy meeting up with other flickerites on local photowalks ~~ I always learn something new and enjoy making new contacts. I also can spend hours just viewing and commenting on wonderful images, both locally and from around the world. The global aspect of flickr is mind-boggling to me and I love it.
