Gone are the days of suspending students and being harassed by parents. Gone are the days of watching kids turn into young adults. Gone are the days of 14-hour work days. Gone is the unmistakeable smell of cafeteria food. Gone are the days of endless, often meaningless meetings.

With me always are the countless hugs from kids. With me always are the, "Thanks," from kids. With me always are the smiles of kids. With me always are the wonderful memories of the years I spent in the company of thousands of amazing young people. With me always is the warmth of their smiles, their hugs and their "thanks". I miss them every day.
