“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” -Mark Twain

"Not even sure how Mark and I crossed paths, but my earliest contribution from him goes back two years now. In that time I have come to value the exhibits Mark shares with us as the visual compostion of how I would describe what ever the subject may be... It's kind of how a person says 'if I could draw, that's how it would look', well, if I could photograph, that's how it would look.
I've traveled to London so many times for work and most of that before I thought enough to tote the camera. What Mark shares with places familiar to me far exceeds priceless. I have two regrets in the past 24 months...I had two visits to El Paso and failed to make a point to meet Mark. What would make up for that would be a chance to shoot London with Mark sometime. Read the other comments on these pages about Mark and his contributions of imagery, they all indicate the same traits and characteristics... It is a privilege to be an acquaintance..."

"It was very difficult for me to write this testimonial because Mark is so much bigger than simple photographer in my view. First of all Mark is visionary philosopher programmed for success and you can see this in his breathtaking work. I came across Mark's stream relatively recently because i was totally captivated by his London. He sees so differently from how i see this city and so inspiring! His London is romantic, still and in rapid motion, colorful and stylish and aesthetic... All of this has completely blown my mind... But then when i learned Mark better this became only small part of the wonderful universe called Mark. I was extremely lucky to meet him in person recently. We spent great day together and after 5 mins of our meeting i had the feeling i am with the one of my old friends whom i've known for years. Check his stream - he would take you from the sands of Colorado to beautiful Venice and much beyond in his imagination. And this is the world you do not want to miss!"

"Mark is a wonderful photographer who makes urban photography seem to be very easy. His shots of urban subjects are very beautiful and very interesting, add to this his very creative edge and you have exceptional photographer. A stroll through Mark's photo stream is a stroll through architectural and urban images that are some of the best I have seen."

"I was initially impressed with the very exquisite mountain shots that Mark has up on his photostream, and then he started posting absolutely incredible pics from London. I’m sure he has the artistic eye to make everything look great through his lens. I love it when his latest shots show up on my flickr home page. I am pleased to be one of Mark’s contacts."

Thank you for your wonderful shots, I feel as tho I have been traveling around the world with you over the past few months and we have been to some awesome places! You were one of my first contacts when I joined flickr and I thank you for being my friend and visiting my stream to comment and encourage me. It means more than you know! "He always seemed like a pretty nice guy when I first got to "know" him a few short months ago on Flickr......... but it wasn't until I had the chance to meet him personally here on my home ground, that I came to appreciate just how much of a nice guy he really is!!!

What instantly warmed me to him was the way that he reached out to touch the soul of my unique city, proving himself to be an outstanding ambassador of the very special circumstances here, evident also in the incredible collection of artistic and imaginative images he produced as testimonials to his emotions.

I look forward to seeing him here again, and who knows........ maybe in the company of some of our other Flickr Friends.
Nice to know you for real, Mark!"
