Peter Morville is widely recognized as a founding father of information architecture. He co-authored (with Lou Rosenfeld) the best-selling book, Information Architecture for the World Wide Web, and has consulted with such organizations as the American Psychological Association, Harvard, IBM, the International Monetary Fund, Microsoft, the National Cancer Institute, and Yahoo!. Peter is president of Semantic Studios, a leading information architecture and user experience consultancy. He is a co-founder and past president of the Information Architecture Institute and has served on several advisory boards and as a faculty member at the University of Michigan. His work has been featured in many publications including Business Week, The Economist, Fortune, NPR, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal. Peter's latest book, Ambient Findability, was published in 2005. He's currently working on a new book about the future of search. Peter blogs at findability.org.
