First of all, I'M A BEGINNER!! So don't expect works of art. =P

I started to show an interest for photography at age twelve, and for my thirteenth birthday I asked my parents to PLEASE, PLEASE (with kitten eyes) buy me a camera. They did!! o.O My first pictures were taken on our trip to Madrid, and I was amazed at the lovely, colourful pictures my tiny camera was able to take.

I used that camera for over two years. When I was fifteen and a half, my dearest Canon Powershot A420 broke down and started to take very weird pictures. My Mummy was great and allowed me to use her camera, a NIKON Coolpix L4, until I had enough money to buy myself another camera.

That Spring (in 2009) I started following Digital Photography School through internet, and I learned lots of new things. Slowly but surely I started taking a more serious interest in photography, and soon I was discussing with my parents the possibility of studying photography professionally.

For my sixteenth birthday, my parents surprised me with a beautiful black Canon EOS 1000D, and I was SO happy with it! I still am, and, again slowly but surely, I keep learning and taking pictures.

Lord willing I will start studying photography seriously next September after my four month summer trip. I am very excited about it!
