Licens, attribution och användning av bilder

För användning av bilder med Creative commons-licens gäller:

Hur jag ska refereras beror på medium. Åtminstone "Foto: David Hall" följt av webbplats ska anges i närheten av bilden. Det kan antingen vara flickr.com/moonhouse eller dpg.se som webbadress. På Internet ska också bilden och/eller bylinen länkas till motsvarande adress (i fallet med flickr.com direkt till sidan med motsvarande bild).

Jag kan också tänka mig att sälja en licens för bilden enligt BLF:s gällande prislista mot att enbart "Foto: David Hall" anges. Observera att inga bilder har någon modellrelease för personer porträtterade och bilder med personer som går att identifiera därmed inte går att använda i reklamsammanhang med mindre att ni själva letar upp personerna och ordnar detta.

Licensing, attribution and use of photos

Photos tagged with Creative commons license must be attributed with "Photo: David Hall, dpg.se" or "Photo: David Hall (flickr.com/moonhouse)" in close proximity to the image (also in slide shows). For videos the attribution could instead appear in the credits section. In electronic media which allow hyperlinking the photo and/or attribution must be linked to the according site (in the case of flickr.com/moonhouse preferably to the photo detail page).
