This is my profile devoted to pictures of and around the old monastery at Fort Augustus at the tip of Loch Ness where I have a flat on the top floor looking right down the loch.

It is an astonishingly photogenic place and although there is ulterior motive to posting the photos here (the flat is available for holiday lets - see www.monastery18.com - it is a unique apartment, even if I say it myself) I hope there is some merit to the pictures and they give a feel for a remarkable part of the world.
