whenever asked to describe myself-my life- I get wobbly and weird and want to hide. and usually the first thing that comes to my head is the word color.
it’s odd but I just go with it in hopes that whoever wondered goes with it too.
I like to look at photographs and I like to take them. people are the most fun to photograph, but I’ll photograph anything that catches my eye.
I feel I have a very capricious style. Just snapshots really. Moments I catch.
I have various other interests, like writing, painting, fashion and minimal sewing, I love clothes and shoes--omg i love to shop at thrift stores!--and i like to run.
I also like to sing.
I’m taking piano lessons these days and once in a while I record my la-la-las with help from my baby dirck, who plays guitar. dirck and I also play together in a group called peaceofmind.
music is good.
never a cat person, I now find myself with four of them -yama, ivan and Rasputin and our newest addition, penny or The Duchess. we all live in southern California.
all in all I learn everyday; in art, in myself and I hope that hope that will never stop.
