Mixels' photostream

I bought my first camera in preparation for a trip to England. Six weeks in London jump-started my interest in photography. When I got back, I bought the DSLR I use today--a Canon 400D--and have been adding to it since. I'm still far from producing professional quality results, but I'm an artist at heart. I like to think I'm getting better, and I'm constantly trying to improve my method and procure the necessary equipment to make professional quality shots a possibility.

But I am NOT, and likely never will be, a professional photographer. My photos tend to be sentimental or artistic. One day I might be able to sell them--but I don't expect or want to ever make a living off it.
