Busy mom with 3 boys; 2 teens and a 6 year-old. In my free time I like to quilt!
I love thimbles, pottery, hand made items, embroidered minis, dragonflies seahorse, turtles, coffee themed minis, teapot patterns, baskets, and fabrics with nuts, leaves, acorns, squirrels, birds, and berries and novelty prints, I love the colors brown, tan, green, blue, wine, dark orange (autumn colors but open to other colors but dislike bright red and cats.)I like purple and green together, blue and white together, and love pastel 30 prints and amish style. My favorite color combo right now is gray with aqua and orange! Love traditional, appliqued, and paper-pieced patterns but don't care for wonky blocks so much. I am currently collecting 3 inch squares for cathedral windows quilt, in any colors and style fabric if you have alittle square of interesting fabric(s) I'd love to have them!!
Some of my favorite fabrics are Kansas Troubles, Deb Strain, Sandy Gervais, Kate Spain(everything of hers is perfect!), Kaufman batiks,Hoffman, 1930 prints, and marbles,Citrine Heirloom. I enjoy making traditional and paper-pieced minis, and working on my machine applique.

My kitchens main color is orange and anything goes with it, right?:-)
and i still like all my old favorite colors and combos too, i just need more rooms so i can have my primitive style quilts, then my pumkin quilt (yes i have managed to collect many of them! never too many!Plus my berry quilts are with them), and there are my water themed quilts (lots of blues and purples), my new gray style, and mypuple/orange/limegreen theme and that would cover the biggest collections.So i am pretty open to any style!
