In this day and age of blogger and multiply, I have often dreamt of starting a blog site of my own. Nothing too sentimental, fancy or kitschy--- just a place where I can jot down some random thoughts and unguarded moments.

Unfortunately, I am not a writer.

So, THIS is my attempt... my shot at telling stories, my shot at freezing time, my shot at revealing life's mysteries in my own perception.

"What to say about Millan's work that others haven't?
There's a lot I can say about Millan's work but I'll try to keep it short and sweet.

His work is cinematic perfection, each frame is a story in itself and each capture evokes emotion, the kind of emotions that you would warm to like in a Henri Cartier-Bresson capture.

You're very talented at what you do and the kind of genre you excel in. Keep doing what you're doing, because it's working very well!

    have a nice day!"

Thanks for sharing! Thanks for supporting!

"Motivated by capturing the essence of any given situation, Millan is both flexible and inventive. In just a few years of pursuing this passion he has explored many subjects, from landscape to portrait to street/people photography.

A true visual artist, a comrade, and a true friend. One of the very few I have In flickr.

Thanks for the friendship and inspiration parekoy. wotwot!"

"“THIS is my attempt... my shot at telling stories, my shot at freezing time, my shot at revealing life's mysteries in my own perception.”

These are the very words which Millan wrote in his profile. And true to his words, he always tells stories through his images. He freezes time in spectacular ways, whether in a grand landscape or in a close-up view of a flower. His compositions are deliberate, which I am sure is a product of his honest and careful observations. More than this, you cannot help but feel life’s mysteries being revealed to you through his images. And most of the time you come away breathless from the experience.

Millan, thank you for the stories. Thank you for the frozen moments. And thank you for revealing life’s mysteries in breathtaking ways.
