My art has always been commercial, as I have been in Advertising my entire career. Now, as I mature, I feel the need to create for myself. I use a camera as one vehicle and a computer as another. The process varies. Sometimes it begins and ends with the camera and other times the camera is only the first step.

I tend to think of the process as making an image or impression rather than photography. Although I love my camera it's just a means to an end.

I found Flickr a great way to share my images with an international community but moreover a way to meet terrific people and make friends.

Some of the art in this enormous community is truly amazing! I learn from those. Some of the members are incredibility talented. I learn from them. It's a great give and take and I'm so glad it has become a part of my life.

I have a permanent exhibit at Valley Forge National Historical Park, and had the Summer Show in the John James Audubon Center at Mill Grove. I was also featured in "Nikon Magazine" and was a featured photographer of the group "The World Through My Eyes." You can see that here.


I'm blessed with a beautiful wife and wonderful children.

I play guitar, bass and piano. Can't read a note...play by feel. Play well enough to entertain myself and annoy the family.
