The truth is, I've aged a bit since this profile pic was taken though, I still feel young at heart. Thank You Flickr Friends for all the visits, comments and faves! Ich spreche Deutsch. Je parle Francais. I'm just a fellow who likes art and music and a sociable person who believes that we are all brothers and sisters in this troubled, modern world.

Not that I've kept it a secret but I edit all my photos now, having progressed a bit after 4 years on Flickr. My camera is a Nikon D40 with 6.1 megapixels. I'm thinking of upgrading to a camera with more megapixels while I remain determined to squeeze everything I can out of this camera. I edit with Adobe Lightroom.
I don't want to invade anyone's privacy so I shoot people mostly from behind or from a distance. Made up a "Press Pass" which I wear at sensitive shoots like a fire scene or protest march. You can make your own badge here: bighugelabs.com/badge.php
A hobbyist street photographer is what I am and that's what I say if questioned by officials or the public. I try to use my common sense and avoid sensitive situations or subjects. I try for the best composition and exposure, focus, etc. but my photo skills have room for improvement.
Havin' much FlickrFun! I think, some of my photos 'pop', as they say, because I'll spend an hour or more editing and touching up the photo on my home computer using photo editing software.
My style could be summed up as featuring hi-contrast, saturated colours within an urban setting. I'll keep workin' on my photography and photo-editing and see where it takes me.
