I think for the new year, I'd am going to focus heavily on learning as much as possible about lighting. I might try doing 365 again and use different strobist techniques to start off my process.
I welcome constructive criticism. If you can see something that I can tweak to improve a photo, please let me know. I'm always looking for ways to improve my work and know that I have a long way to go.
