At the moment im a full time warehouse worker but In my spare time im an amateur portrait & concert photographer from Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

I first started out taking macro shots of flowers in what i thought was a creative style, this worked well for me, i learned about how the camera works and even sold several images at arts and craft markets. The first ever sale i made was £210 for 6 images framed, this was a great feeling, knowing that someone had spent their hard earned cash on my photos.
I really enjoy shooting portraits now and have been lucky enough to meet and shoot some very interesting people.

Gig photography was something i never really thought about until i came across the work of Nick Pickles.
Nicks work inspired me to give it a go and with a little advice from Nick, my first shoot was Europe for Metal Hammer magazine.
I now try to squeeze in as many gigs as i can while working.
Ive shot at O2 Academy, Leeds a few times now and have met some jolly nice people/togs who are all more than willing to help in anyway they can.
