living in japan gave me the bug to start taking photos seriously. there are so many interesting things to see in japan, and i really felt like i wanted to capture them to be able to look back on them later. the japanese are crazy about taking photos (i have realised just how much now that i live in australia), and i kind of caught that contagious photography disease.
i have now moved back to australia, for a while at least, and i am continuing to take photos of my surroundings. i am going through many photos from my time in japan and adding them to flickr as i take new ones.
at this stage there will probably be more japanese photos than australian photos, i wonder how long it will take to reverse!
