I started taking photographs and studying birds in Tangiers, Morocco, one of tne great places in the world for migrations, just in front of Gibraltar. Back in France, I got a little bored, then I came on a visit to French Guiana, and decided to settle there.
Of course the place has fewer, and mostly less colorful birds, but it's all right, I still have quite a few to see and photograph.
Of course all the birds were photographed in the wild, never in hand or in zological parks.
