Photographer and Industrial Designer. He completed his Industrial Design studies at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (1993-2000).

As a professional, he has made projects in fields such as product design, visual communication, photography, furniture and commercial Spaces.

He also worked as a teacher of Design and Expression Workshop, a subject in the first year of Industrial Design major at Universidad Nacional de Colombia.

In 2005, he began his photographic work officially. At that time he carried out his studies in Black and White Photography at Academia Francesa de la Imágen, in Bogotá.

In 2006, he resided in London, UK. During that period of time, he visited numerous European cities where he took most of the photographs from the “Memories of the Journey” series.

At the end of 2006, he returned to Bogotá, and he made the photo documentary entitled “Cantares desde la Caverna”, a photographic tracking of the final year students majoring in Acting from the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.

In 2007, he took part in a workshop called Photographing the Social Landscape, led by the North-American documentary photographer Karen Marshall, at the International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York.

Between September and November 2007, his first public photography exhibition took place at the British Council headquarters in Bogotá, where twelve of his photographs from the series “Memories of the Journey” were exposed.

His second public exhibition “A Different Christmas Time” took place at the Catedral Primada de Bogotá between December 16th 2007 and January 7th 2008, with twenty two photographs about life in the streets of Bogotá.
